Be an agent of change and a driver of growth across the organization.About the Role:The production print market represents a strategic area for growth within Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. As a Production Print Specialist, you will craft a comprehensive strategy for success in this industry, starting with the introduction of Kyoceras first production inkjet product, and related software.You will support Kyoceras production print sales efforts by providing technical consultation, workflow assessment, strategy development, and in-depth knowledge of Kyocera-branded and third-party production print solutions.You will use your technical, product, industry, vertical market experience, and workflow expertise to effectively assist customers with detailed analysis and recommendations pertaining to Kyocera production print hardware and software solutions.As a Production Print Specialist, you will be responsible for Kyoceras production print solutions, sales channel account management, territory management, marketing program implementation. Responsibilities: Will be accountable for knowledge transfer to the local sales team and sales management with respect to activity generation including identification of vertical market opportunities and target accounts.Demonstrate knowledge of production print products, solutions, industry trends/issues, and competitive product information will be accountable for prospecting and customer relationship development and assessments.Will also be responsible for customer needs analysis, solution development including preparing solutions and providing demonstrations, proposal generation (including pricing), negotiations and maintenance of the production print base through ongoing customer review.Assist sales team in creating a business (account) plan covering the level of activities needed to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.Responsible for pipeline monitoring, accurately reporting on win loss situationsProvide voice of customer to management that will provide guidance to parent company for future development of production print products and solutions.Provide accurate and timely forecasts as required by managementDrive company objectives of profitable production print sales and service revenue, customer retention and growth, along with strategic initiatives of production print, including net new customer growth.Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer production print strategy to meet or exceed sales targetsProvide technical advisory support pertaining to Kyocera and third-party software solutions in regard to workflow survey assessments, RFP, RFQ, proposals, and other sales activities.Provide technical sales training/seminar delivery to audiences and personnel in the channel.Provide technical sales support and staffing for launches, open houses, trade shows, and customer events when required.Implement customer billed training for various homegrown and third-party training initiatives.Develop a scope of work (as part of the proposal process) and implementation guide for each opportunity. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience: production print solution consulting and/or sales experience required.Relevant industry and technology certifications preferred: EFI Professional or Expert, G7, Security, Project, CIDA/CDIA, PMP or other industry specific training certifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts.Sales skills and strong sales/business acumen required.Requires considerable travel throughout assigned territory (valid drivers license and acceptable driving record necessary) and requires driving for company business as an essential function of the [please apply online] (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):Documented history with demonstrating implementing and training customers on EFI Fiery Controller, EFI Digital Storefront, Job Flow, Job, RSA WebCRD, QDirect, Quadient, color management, media qualification.Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.Strong presentation and communication skills.Must possess time management and organizational discipline.PC and software knowledge required.Note:This is a general description of the duties and responsibilities most frequently required of this position.
